A monthly subscription by card, entered on a secure Stripe payment page. This website never sees your card.

Your Certify245D agency is set up with your details.

Using a workbook we give you, inside the app.

Two agreements, prepared for your agency with your own details, package and fee filled in. Set aside time to read them.
Master Services Agreement
About 13 pages. The subscription contract between your agency and CareCertify LLC: what's included, your package and monthly fee on a one-year agreement, billing, and how the agreement can end. Its rate schedule matches our published prices.
Business Associate Agreement
About 9 pages. The HIPAA agreement that covers how we protect the protected health information your agency stores in Certify245D.
The agreements are generated for each agency at step 2, so we don't post copies here — a generic copy wouldn't be the document you sign. You can read them in full before signing, and your place is saved if you need to step away or check with your attorney.

You pick it inside setup. All packages are on a one-year agreement, billed monthly.

It depends on how much you have on hand. There are six steps, everything saves as you type, and your setup link stays good for 30 days, so you can stop and come back.
What do I sign during setup?
A Master Services Agreement (about 13 pages) and a Business Associate Agreement (about 9 pages), each prepared with your agency's details, package and fee.
How do I pay?
By card, for a monthly subscription, on a secure Stripe-hosted payment page. The 245dcompliance.com website never sees your card number.
Can I add payroll or consulting during setup?
Payroll, consulting, file audits and multi-agency plans are not sold online. You can tell us you are interested during setup and we will follow up.
